Overview

Rosacea is a chronic condition characterized by facial redness and flushing. It primarily affects caucasians.

Additional symptoms can include dilation of blood vessels on the face, small red bumps, burning and stinging sensations, spots that look like pimples and a red nose.

Treatment

Treating rosacea varies from patient to patient depending on the severity and type and may involve creams, prescription systemic treatment (tablets), IPL or laser treatment. Our Dermatologist can recommend the most appropriate treatment following a consultation.
